Pat Testing

Byfield Engineering offer PAT testing to meet customer needs, we review each job individually to ensure the customer gets the best price possible, depending on quantity of equipment to be tested.

PAT testing is required to meet the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Electricity at Work Regulations.

Our technicians are City and Guilds Qualified with experience in all aspects of testing and inspection of portable appliances, including the following;

• Preliminary Inspection
• Functional Checks
• Earth Continuity Tests
• Insulation Tests

All items of equipment labelled and uniquely identified, including providing all necessary certificates and reports on completion.
